Who we are

Attrito M7 Productions ltd. (“Attrito M7”, “we”, “us”) develops and publishes video games. We do not operate player login servers for our games. Access, accounts, and purchases occur through third-party platforms such as Steam and the Epic Games Store.

What this notice covers

• Our public website attritom7.com.
• Our games as distributed on Steam and/or the Epic Games Store.
• Limited data we receive from those platforms and from service providers used by some titles (e.g., Photon networking).

This notice does not cover how Steam, Epic, or Photon collect and use data on their services. They act under their own policies:

Data we collect directly

We generally do not collect personal data needed to create or access your game account. If you interact with us directly, we may process:

• Support communications (e.g., your email, platform username, crash logs/files you send).
• Website diagnostics (IP address, user-agent, timestamps in server logs).
• Cookies/analytics on our website (if used; see “Cookies” below).

Data we receive from platforms (Steam/Epic)

To run and support the game, we may receive limited data from the platform where you play, such as:

• Entitlements/ownership status (to verify game/DLC access).
• Platform identifiers (e.g., SteamID/Epic Account ID) used for multiplayer sessioning, anti-cheat, moderation, or cloud features provided by the platform.
• Technical telemetry/crash summaries that platforms expose to developers.

Steam and Epic handle account, purchase, payment, parental controls, and broader platform data under their policies and tools. Exercise rights for that data directly with Steam or Epic. Steam Store+1

Data processed by Photon (for titles using Photon networking)

Some of our games use Photon Engine for multiplayer networking. In those titles, Photon processes certain connection and session data to provide its service (e.g., IP addresses and user IDs), and notes no PII is stored on Photon Cloud servers per Photon’s public compliance page and its Privacy & Cookie Policy. Why we use data (purposes & legal bases)

• Operate and secure our games (e.g., entitlement checks, abuse/cheat prevention) — contract/legitimate interests.
• Provide player support when you contact us — contract/legitimate interests.
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., safety, fraud, rights enforcement) — legal obligation.

Children

Age-related features (sign-up, parental controls, cabined accounts) are managed by Epic for Epic accounts and by Steam for Steam accounts; please review their materials. Epic Games+1

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with:

• Service providers (e.g., helpdesk/email, error logging) under contract,
• Authorities where required by law or to protect rights/safety,
• Platform providers (Steam/Epic) to resolve support, fraud, or enforcement issues tied to their services.

International transfers

Your data may be transferred to other countries where we or our providers (including Steam, Epic, and Photon) operate, with safeguards appropriate to applicable laws.

Retention

• Support records: retained as needed to resolve your request (e.g., 12–24 months) unless law requires longer.
• Server logs: short retention for security/diagnostics (e.g., 30–90 days).

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing.
